Rubi Rose Benton was born October 2 1997 in Lexington, Kentucky, where she was also raised by Nardos Ghebrelul her mother, who is who is an Eritrean dentist from the country of immigrants who was born in Ethiopia and John Benton, her father, who is a lawyer with Japanese, African American and European descent. Her father was adopted. Scarlette is an older sibling and Coral is a younger sister. [2] She was baptized into Orthodox Christianity as a child. Rose gained notoriety as the main actress in Migos' music videos for "Bad and Boujee", which was a hip-hop group. Rose first appeared on Twitch streams along with DJ Akademiks an Jamaican-born East Coast Hip Hop commentator. Rose's music career began in September 2018 when she released a remix of "On Top", which was produced by Playboi. Her single "Big Mouth" her popularity grew in the year 2019. Rose was featured in Cardi B's music video for "WAP" by American rapper Cardi B. The video came out on August 7 the 7th of August, 2020. A&R Chris Turner signed her to LA Reid’s record label Hitco Entertainment in 2019. Rubi is known for her prominent relationships. She has been in relationships with such celebrities as Playboi Carti Travis Scott, Ian Connor, 21 Savage, Soulja Boy, Lil Yachty, Takeoff, Lil Tjay and DDG. She is currently single.
